Pmo is the absolute worst. Once upon a time I was a Happy person that smiled and was thrilled to show his feelings then I discovered porn. Im 19 now but, I discoverd porn since I was ten. However I did not pmo until I was 14 but, once I did I couldn't stop. Pmo was a way for me to deal with my stress and i pmo every day since just so I can experience a millisecond of happiness. That need for a millisecond of happiness has deprived me of a good high school experience and a social experience all together. I saw no need to deal with girls because I had porn. And when ever I was interested in a girl I would with no evidence write her off as a ho. Since pmo my relationship with my family has been strained as well. Pmo has affected my college career as well. If I couldn't Jo in the morning then I couldn't function and I would not go to classes. I miss the old me. I miss the old me that would introduce himself to anyone and make friends so easily because he always smiled and had a beautiful attitude towards life. I'm a loser now and I'm weak and I want my life back.

I completely understand how you feel OP, I can relate to this so much.

I'm a loser now and I'm weak and I want my life back.

^ That was indeed a quote from your post, but they are my own words as well.

I'm going to fight this curse!

Ouch. You've come to the right place. The first thing to do is to start by going the morning without jo, come hell or high water. Please copy my signature if it will help you keep track of how long its been. Cut down the days from here on out, and it'll help restore some order to your life.

Stay with it, man. It may not feel like it to you, but you're catching it early, really early. At my /40th/ high school reunion, a woman, still beautiful, who had an amazing life so far, told me how she never forgot me and wished her whole life that I had asked her out. My head just about exploded. I didn't ask her out because she was unattainably beautiful, smart and popular, and I felt I was "weak and a loser".

Don't be be like me, looking back 40 years to what might have been. You're doing the right thing: get free and get out there, with real women.

Inbox me if you like. I'll be following you and cheering you on.
