PMO is definitely a huge problem but there are other important things too.

  1. so, this is my view. i think that pmo is obviously a huge problem for people who get bad effects after using it but i also think that there are other very important things which we should not ignore. i do not think a big streak will have alot of benefits if u are just watching tv and using facebook all day.
    so, these are the few things (apart from nofap ) which i feel are very important for mental and physical well being -
    1) quitting most social media (except this and other supportive communities )
    2) eating well (paleo is a good choice) and taking supplements
    3) exercising
    4) meditation
    5) devoting 8 hours or more of ur day for working towards ur goals

    not an exhaustive list by any means.
    ferl free to add some more.
