PMO is eating my life

Hi everyone,

I am writing this post for encouragement from all of you guys. I am a returning user to this platform (almost after a year). Lately I have tried to get over this addiction but it has always got the best of me. I am undergoing a very uncertain phase in my life (professionally and personally). Due to regular failed attempts, i have lost my confidence and belief in myself. I am not able to see the light at then end of tunnel. Kindly if anyone has any advice or anything, please don't hesitate to share it with me. All I know is that I want to beat this addiction.
