PMO is limiting me

    PMO is like a fence around me.

    Whenever I want to do something on my own, then PMO pops up. It's like a person teling me I'm not allowed to be like I want to be.

    It almost is another person.
    What I realised is that I had a double life. There was me that everyone saw and knew and then there was the real me that only I saw and knew about. I thought the ladder was the real me and that cognitive dissonance was killing me!!

    The truth is you are an imperfect and worthwhile child of God!
    All the negative voices in your head are not you, that's the addiction speaking.
    You have value. You are good and are definitely worth it! The positive people see in you is the real you! It's just lying under mountains of lies and self deception!
    Keep at it my friend, this is about you discovering life and the real you!
