Interestingly enough some of you on this website are making am attempt to quit but cannot do so. I would conclude that this is a repercussion of a lack of understanding of how bad this really is, being as PMO destroys memory, brain function, and digestion. While depriving your body of the most precious fluid you can create. Thinking about it logically you might conclude it literally has the power to create LIFE.

This is a disease that has literally destroyed the world single handedly. I say this with no exaggeration, this is an epidemic creating a degenerate world. There are not enough words to describe the reality that onanism presents. A danger unparrelled by anything we have encountered before. The danger comes from the silent nature of the disease, as not only is it filed away in privacy, its symptoms are rarely linked back to it in the modern age. Society has begun to adopt the ideal that if we enjoy it there is a way to justify it. While the very nature of onanism is to strip you of dignity, creativity, and intelligence. Which in turn cycles back to the epidemic of justifying behavior by denying side effects and/or repercussions.

I've begun to feel that creating a collective and informative conclusion on PMO that would effectively deter the afflicted from taking part in this atrocious, vile action shall be a difficult goal on a website such as this, as improper formatting prevents the entirety of the message from being properly communicated. Under the stance that the internet has evolved to present an acceptable standard which is short and direct yet also seemingly vague articles in such a way as not to strain the average readers mind. With this assumption we could assume that the average reader is also a chronic masturbator. Hence why long articulate pieces of text are completely irrelevant and boring to a modern day web surfer. I would speculate that the proper setting to truly analyze the disease known as onanism, would in fact be in laboratory's, research studies, and well worded essay with first hand accounts. The fact that I am currently presenting this to you is with a sheer hope that my words might make you understand that one more time is not an option.

The change in 60 days is so tremendous the words to describe it have not properly formed in my underdeveloped mind. Damage caused to the brain and central nervous system by this disease are disputed as curable, however, human brains are remarkable complex and build new tissue around dead tissue. Which is a vain hope at the least that healing from PMO addiction is a possibility.

Have you ever heard of A.A.(Alcoholics Anonymous) or N.A.(Narcotics Anonymous)? Well, if you haven't it's about people who abuse a substance to the point it interferes in their everyday functions of life. They have places in every major city or cities where these people get together to talk about their problems. Can you imagine if NoFAP applied this process, a lot of men or women getting together talking about their PMO habits, in my mind it would be a mess or Maybe not. While talking to people who share your problems in person, extremely helps. I'm grateful NoFAP exists as it is now, it's a better than nothing situation don't you think? PMO is an addiction, just like other addictions. I have 1 year and 3-months sobriety, and if I know anything about addictions is that encouragement from others, being open-minded, and being determined will help you indeed. NoFAP is full of men like that, were here sharing the pain with you, try looking at it like that brother, good luck on your recovery!
