    I'm a Dutch guy, suffering exactly 10 year of porn addiction (twice on a daily basis). Now noticing the consequences (cannot get hard during sex) and really want to change my lifestyle.

    However, i'm currently single and doubting whether to hold back from having sex too. Maybe i'll find the right women in this cleansing period...

    Any advice, help me please?

    Welcome to the forums.

    I hope I get your question right. I'll try to answer.

    Personally, I think having sex and having an orgasm is NOT a bad thing. Unlike porn and mastrubating, it is in our human nature and biological system! When you come across a women who is also truely intrested in you (not a hooker or something): having sex with her is great and won't stop or even slow down the progress that you are making.
