    I think is big difference in PMO vs PM. PM is easy, if you have a wife and you can o. PMO is really hard, but have the big benefits. Stay strong guys!

    I have intimacy issues due to the PMO addiction, so for me it has to be hard mode to rewire to not be afraid of dating.

    I would imagine that if I didn’t have this fear of intimacy and could have a wife or gf prior to rebooting, it would be a lot easier.
