POCD, PLEASE HELP!

I have been an OCD patient for a long time. I have been suffering from POCD for a while.

Recently I was browsing the homepage of a porn site. I saw a video, the girl's face was invisible, but her body was petite. Then unwanted thoughts came to my mind, but I previewed the video, just for a few seconds. However, I later questioned why I was doing it because I shouldn't have. Because I thought the girl might be younger. I feel guilty right now. Of course, the girl was not under age, but I can't get over this guilt. It feels like I did it willingly.

What do you think, is this normal?

 

Thank you! Just I wondering about why I watched that video? Am I pervert? Actually I didn't watch it. I I just previewed. Did I wanted CP? So I feel guilty about that... So, I had HOCD too in the past! I can understand. I think porn plays with our minds. So, otherways I'm thinking that If I didn't want it why I feel guilty?
