    Day 21 no pmo. During a meditation today I realised it was the viewing of a female porn actress in a helpless submissive position ,that excited me . It wasn't so much the sexual act but the controlling or overpowering of these women .

    I think domination is a common theme throughout pornography and the submissive part of it plays into that theme. Porn is about power and control more than it is to do with love and respect

    @thorswrath32 is totally right. Most of porn affect your brain in such way, but there can be also other significant reasons. We cannot determine which factor was the main in your case.
