Hi this i salib here am porn addicts and am 22 years old from the age of 14 am watching porn.. i don't have other bad habits like cigarettes alcohol etc..but at that time did not the effect of porn on the brain and how addictive it can be its ruined mg life some time i got suicidal thoughts. But i will not because i have to fight. With this i am crying while writing this.porn totally destroyed my life. I do not able to enjoy other this....my energy level is always low.. my hole body pain. My bone became weak because of low calcium.. because i always masturbate after watching porn. I got erectile dysfunction. Premature ejaculation.. i got high urges i do not able to control it..i becam very aggressive i shouted to my father mother brother. . I am bresking my relations. But i cannot tell to them what i am going through... please help me.. save my life.
