Porn and acne

A lot of hormonal changes happen on orgasm. Plus when you pmo, your body goes into a "hot" state so to speak, so it secretes oils, and fluids etc. Which includes the sebum oil, the excess of which results in acne. This is mostly personal observation, and not through a scientific study, so don't take my word as final.

I think that it really happens beacuse of hormonal activity, like Enderswish604 said. I'm not able to explain exactly how it works, but I also noticed that my acne reduces after nofap. I'm on day 23 now and I haven't have new acne for a week. But I don't know what's the reason of it: NoFap or a diet.

Yes, I want you to reccomend keep up a diet. Cut off all sugar, don't eat junk food. Some people say that these product may affect your acne: milk and dairy, wheat (like in white bread), coffee. But for me it's only sugar that causes troubles.

 

Porn does not cause acne that's ridiculous.
