Let someone you trust be the administrator of your computer and block everything so you can't get round it.

 

1. For windows, set your dns to Safe OpenDns. just google it
   
2. after you set the dns Then you must make a limited user account.
3. then set a very hard to remember password for your admin account. Take a note of your password on microsoft word.
4. Give your admin password to your parents or trusted friends. Make sure you don't remember your password.
   
5. From now on use limited account on your windows for your everyday activities.
6. This alone is pretty safe for me because all porn websites are blocked on all browsers and you cannot change the dns blocking mechanism unless you know your windows admin password.

8. with limited account you cannot change system settings and use vpn or install a new software without entering the password which is also good to prevent malwares from entering your system.
