    Hello All,

A lot of people of the forum are skeptical about porn blockers. However, I would still recommend you to install a blocker for all your digital devices for the following reasons.

    1. It acts a speed breaker and sometimes all you need is that minor delay that might stop you to rethink if relapsing the worth it.

    2. Most of my relapses have occurred when I was browsing safe word content but the click bait websites directed me to adult website. Porn blockers block most of these websites if not all.

Conclusion: Blockers doesn't guarantee success but can be great helping aid. You cannot blame your blockers if you relapse. Relapsing is ultimately a choice.

    Good Luck

  2. If you are serious about beating PMO, you will use every tool available to you to do so.

I have used accountability software for years and plan to continue the practice well into the future. It has been a great help to me, many times.
