Porn Blocking Tool

It has been a year and half since I made this dicision of stopping, I did not manage to do so but I believe I will, during this period I made some good streaks reaching to 50 days, but I relapsed again, currently is not my best period of abstaining I could hardly reach 7 days.
Anyway, I want to share with you a new tip I have tried but still need some refinment.
I read before on the forum to use a porn blocking tool which will help give you some barriers to relapse. So I did so, but the problem that I have 3 different devices with 3 different operating systems:
1- PC: I used K9 web protection and I used an email and password hard to remeber and send them to the future using futureme.org
2- Iphone: I used restricted mode and also send the 4 digits pin through a future mail.
3- Android tablet: I used app called safesurfer porn blocker, it is awesome and easy to use but the problem is that when I open guest mode on the tablet which is new feature in android 5.1 the application did not work and I can easily access porn.

So anyone know what can I do to solve this issue of guest mode??
