Hi, So basically iv been addicted to porn and masturbait for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I lost random boners but I just ignored it because I could still get hard to porn. 6months ago I got my first ever gf and even cuddling got me hard and had no problem getting hard for sex. Then these past few months I noticed im finding it harder and harder to get hard or even be properly hard and last weekend it just couldnt get up when it was time for bed :(. I tried to see porn to check if I can still get it hard and still no or not as well. Its been 3days without masturbaiting or porn or sex and still feel the same. Is it possible for me to go on this NoFap journey since I have a gf and you know we do it every weekend does that count as losing progress?

I personally don't think sex within a committed relationship counts as a relapse, because ideally the goal is to have a healthy sexual and intimate relationship without the need for porn, right?

From what I'm reading, the thing to be aware of is whether or not sex is a trigger for relapse while you're rebooting. If that is the case (and even if it isn't), getting your partner on board your recovery could be helpful. You might check the relationships forum to see how others are navigating connecting sexually with their SOs during reboot.

    Good luck!
