Porn has made me lose interest in normal women

I remember back when I was much younger, talking to females was exciting and meaningful. I didn't know what flirting really was until I reached middle school. However, that was when my porn addiction started as well. And over the years, it has gotten much worse. It's getting to the point where I'm losing interest in women (in the real world) altogether. Not surprisingly, I've never had a girlfriend and have never been on a date. Although there were some cases where I could have had the chance.

Basically, all this porn use has made my interaction with women become kind of awkward and meaningless. They would genuinely like me as a person, and even attempt to know me more by talking and interacting with me, but in most cases, I would turn them down. Even worse, I would get rejected, and it's happened quite a few times.

Subconsciously, my sadistic mind is more concentrated in the life of the porn world rather than the real world. Because of this, not only do I have psychological problems with women and porn, but physical problems such as PIED. There are stories about other Fapstronauts talking about breakups, embarrassments, and other problems involving real women. The biggest issue for me is this: It's starting to freak me out! Like seriously!!

Every day I go to work, come home, and either hang out with my family and friends OR I would fap several times a day. I would lock myself in my room by doing so. I know that women in the real world is much better for me, but in reality, my mind and body is trapped. It's no wonder that I don't know how to effectively interact with females like I used to when I was younger. Not to mention, life is passing me by like sand through an hourglass. There are so many things that I want to do (dating, being in a relationship, getting married, etc.) but I don't know how.

 

I haven't done Nofap for a week in a while. I don't know if I can, but I'll try.

Yeah I hear you man; it really sucks sometimes. I mean, if we didn't had these porn addictions, our relationships with women would be so much better. Don't feel bad that you've only kissed one girl, because some people haven't had a kiss at all...And they are probably worse off than you. Just take it one day at a time. Okay? I find it's best that you focus on yourself and find other things that make you happy besides women, but just for a while. Because when you're happy with yourself, just for a little bit, that's when things start changing for the better. Go find a passion or a hobby or whatever. Besides that, I'm from the United States by the way
