Porn Induced ED cured after 90+ days

Main reason I started noFap was because my ex had dumped me for my inability to get an erection. And at the age of 18 it was absolutely devastating and I was left in a very lonely self-destructive mentality where porn was the thing I turned to for happiness out of my anxiety and depression. But during time in quarantine I wanted to do something productive so with a small shot of hope I decided to start nofap in hopes of one day being able to perform sexually with a future mate.

Over the 90 days I fought urges, temptations but learned a valuable lesson about willpower and realized how much control porn had over my life. My anxiety and depression started evaporating up as my streak grew larger and I found new physical and motivational strength for my day to day life.

And school started up again almost a month ago and I was seeing this girl for a couple weeks and yesterday we decided to get intimate and I'm happy to report that the sex was amazing and for the first time in a long time I felt my confidence at 100%.

I'd like to thank the noFap community for providing a platform for me to write my experiences before during and after the noFap challenge that was always supportive no matter how embarrassing or sensitive the topics were. I wasn't willing to talk about my issues with my family or friends so in a lot of ways this platform was just a place for me to get my thoughts out knowing people would be supportive.
