Physically there is nothing wrong with you, it all comes down to dopamine and all the chemicals porn messes with, when you abuse porn that becomes the most stimulating thing in your life, and since dopamine is the chemical that makes you feel good and makes you want to do things, eventually the addict will lose the ability to have normal intercourse because porn is more stimulating and rewarding to your brain. If you notice you most likely have no issues getting it up to porn but when looking at a pretty girl in public you feel nothing, your brain is operating at a high level of dopamine when on porn and normal activities such as sex or even things like reading and exercising become boring and undesirable because they do not release the needed dopamine you require to feel anything.

Porn sure plays a role psychologically, even though many people think not.
For how long have you been struggling with ED?
