My biggest problem is I know I can't even get fully hard to P. I'd like to test that theory but I haven't watched P in ages and don't want to break the streak!

I hear lots of guys on here saying 'oh I can get hard to P just fine'. But what if you can't like me? Then you know you're screwed... :(

in the last few miles of my PMO career, I wasn't getting hard to porn all the time, I had to find the right scene atthe right time to keep it up...like DL'ing multiple vids at once, searching, searching....fast forwarding...etc
Running in the search of the right dose of dopamine...and knowing that too much dopamine leads to desensitization, well its like cocaine apparently..you always need more for the same effect..the neurones are sheilding themselves from the flood...

right now, I'm trying L-arginine and pine bark extract..apparently good for bloodflow! Vitamin B-6, odorless garlic are also good for heart/blood flow.
The goal is not to become dependant on other stuff, but its nice to please the wife and feel good about yourself, without relying on the BLUPILL.

@Ikindaknew do you use kegel exercises for ejaculation control? If so did they work for you? Thanks again..

I do, but I found that its hard to remind myself to do it. also, its kinda dangerous to overdo it, so it has to be done gradually with resting periods.
I find that the best way to last longer is to keep your mind free from sexual thoughts when you do the deed. If you fantasize and get real excited, you come early in most cases.
Holding back doing kegels works a little, but I haven't really mastered the technique. I always find that I come too early. Basically, when my wife reaches the top, I'm on the path of no return. Se is satisfied so its not too bad, but I wish I had more control over myself.

I did read about a technique to "move" the sexual energy away from the groin by doing kegel contraction + inhaling fairly heavily using the diaphragm (so the sexual tension is moving up the body, not in your penis anymore), but if I start doing it the wife will think I get an heart attack or something! Think of it as some martial artists in the movies utilizing the "chi gong" technique.

Thanks, when we went to therapy we were given "sensate focus" exercises, they came in four stages so we'll try that when the time comes. They start with simple touching getting used to each other again and focus on enjoyment rather than straight to orgasm which PMO did. They talk about being "present" as p-users tend to zone out when with a partner.

Yeah and it's not even just not getting hard. It's not getting that rush of arousal AT ALL. at least for me it's like that.

Yes I've tried a few supplement with no results apart from heart flutters and headaches!

Sounds like your brain is truly fried! Are you rebooting by coming off PMO completely?

Yes since February I've firstly cut down on P then completely stopped watching it from two months ago. I've M'd and O'd a few times over this last two months. I'm currently trying to get to 90 days with no PMO at all. I've been hampered by talking to hot girls on dating sites which leads to sexual messages. Which leads to M...

I'm not going to get flirty with girls online at all now. That should help.

Oh and I can get 90% hard if I fantasise and touch. But I don't want that at all.

Well, supplements are known for not being as accurately prepared as full fledged medication. Using them reveals to be a risk one way of another.
I remember gobbing a few too many one day and I got my heart racing...

So you are right, this is not a very viable and 100% safe option....

Its all about mind game, I was a porn addict myself, it took me about 5-10 minutes to lose while watching porn, but with my gf, I take my time, just think of something and don't get too much excited, the sec you get excited you will lose. Always take a long deep breath if you think you are going to lose, this will help your dopamine.
