i dont want to be the barer of bad news matty... but the first couples days maybe even weeks it might be easy but buddy it can get seriously seriously hard, m telling you this so it wont come as a shock to you. It will give you so much anxiety thinking about it... and your brain tricks you back into it.

@Matty007 its all OCD. Ignore it all. My porn addiction escalated so bad. One night I couldnt find any women to blow me so I chose this gay guy. I got traumatized off of it and I now regret it for the rest of my life. Now My HOCD is using that homosexual experience against me but it doesnt make me gay.

 

Society has you thinking if you have a gay thought or a gay experience it makes you gay but it doesn't. Ignore it all. Those people are brainless.

 

If I smoke one cigarette it doesnt make me a cigarette smoker. Same goes with a same sex experience.

 

Porn will make you act out in ways thar you never thought it would and that would go against your orientation. I've been jacking off to straight porn my whole addiction. Then 2 years ago I barely explored transgendered person and gay. My addiction is 98% straight and lesbian. 2% is straight dominating gay and transgendered person. You see I never watched porn of straight being the bottom because it gross me out. Porn got me like this. I learned from that traumatic experience because now I know how porn can get you to act out in weird digusting ways that goes against your orientation and stuff that grosses you out.

 

@Matty007 Yes I am doing the challenge too. My HOCD is increasing but I dont let it get to me. It makes me think about kissing guys but I just laugh lol. The only thing you can do is laugh and let the thoughts come. I promise it will go away. My HOCD got so severe I couldnt even get hard off girls no more unless my lady touches it and we have sex. You got an erection off that gay thought because porn got you that way.

 

No straight person can turn gay and no gay person can turn straight. They can have homosexual and straight encountes due to some reason but it doesnt make them homosexual or straight all of a sudden. I'm telling you its society. Stop giving a damn about what people think including your ocd you will feel better.

@ivanhoe so are you saying I'm wrong from what you quoted out of my post about the science? I read your link it does make sense. I do have ADHD.

 

I differ in opinion : i dont think any science is settled one way or the other but I do think in the current environment because 'born that way' was so politically important to the LGBT movement that alternative views are suppressed. My view is that sex/dopamine can get wired in weird ways - no one is 'born' with a fetish towards an inanimate object, for example.

I totally agree with you about society sexualizing everything including close male friendships... and that can cause people to doubt/question their sexuality.

@ivanhoe so you're saying that straight men's brain are rewired after so many years of porn to get off to gay porn and act out in gay ways? So normal stuff won't get them off anymore so they go into weirder porn
