Just looking for some knowledge on whether NoFap can fix PE too.

I've been PMOing for about 5 years. For the last 3 it has been very frequent and uncontrollable, and in the past year I found my way into some 'stronger' categories. I don't know if this affects anything but that's a brief summary of my addiction.

I'm 11 days into my first streak (hard mode) and I'm just wondering if NoFap will eventually cure PE? It seems counter intuitive as stopping PMO should increase sensitivity but I have no actual evidence or experience.

I say this because at 14 (really young I know ) I had a few interactions of this type and each time except one it did not last as long as I would like. At all. Obviously I haven't been subjecting myself to PMO for as long as many on here but I took it way too far when I was so to anyone who's had a similar experience with PE - did it go away after a significant streak or do you still have it.

    Thanks for any information.

  2. Yes quitting porn will cure your PIED. Personally, I am still dealing with this as an issue but I have made some progress in the past. One user on here commented a comprehensive process he went through. You can read that here: https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.p...n-and-how-you-can-to.74377/page-6#post-683305

Overall just try and be patient, its a frustrating process because you want it to work right away. I recommend during this process to also get rid of social media like instagram, because even though they aren't porn stars there are still girls on this that you look at in a sexual manner. Doing this I felt I sped up my recovery process. And also remember if you do relapse it isn't the end of the world, DONT BINGE!

    Thanks for the advice :)
With regard to what you said about social media, I've already taken care of them all. I was never particularly into them anyway so I deleted them all at the start of my reboot. Also thanks for the support on not binging, I have done that in the past after a relapse.
