Porn is everywhere.

I browse, there is porn. Trying to avoid it, either way there will be porn or some sort of triggering image. I cant get away. Urges will come but I know Im stronger than that. I stare for a little, get excited and aroused but that just makes it worse so I click off immediately. The pictures still linger in my head. I am telling myself no but my erection is sky high. I have absolutely no intention looking for these pictures, but if I have the chance I might look at them for a while then regret it. How does one live in a world like this?

 

It's definitely hard. Notice where you see this stuff and see if you can block it / avoid it. For me, I see / saw a lot of bad stuff on Twitter. You can enable a content filter in settings, but only if you're on a computer.

 

It's difficult to avoid the internet as it's part of many people's daily routines and offers avenues for relaxation such as YouTube and music. It's dangerous though, imagine being next to alcohol all the time as a drunk.
