Pornography is not your problem. Its just the bottle cap of a bottle (you) full of problems.

So, to emty the bottle you need to remove the bottle cap first.

I would say it a little bit different: in my case its the root of most of my problems.

Porn is a easy, "legitim" way to find satisfaction. Everybody has problems and things in his life about which he dissatisfied. So watch porn and masturbate and you will be free from that. For 5 minutes. And then everything gets worse

Porn is one of the 'symptoms' of the disease/problem/issue but it is not the main problem by itself.... the issue is 'addiction personality' or 'escaping reality'. Because of triggers like boredom, stress, depression, we try to escape reality by easy actions that cause fake sense of satisfaction including porn, masturbation, alcohol, drugs, gambling, online games etc. This is this issue in short

Thats what I mean. Instead of facing the reality and solving your problems, you keep on fappin' cuz its the easiest way to get satisfied. So actually its the main problem

No, let me clarify more. If a problem is fixed, you shouldn't have an issue anymore. So let's say, if 'porn' is THE problem and now it is banned and you have no access to it whatsoever, people like you, me and others over here will get addicted to other habits like online gaming, alcohol, drugs, seeing prostitutes, gambling. There will always be an "easy way out" and that "easy way" is not the issue.... The problem is YOU and ME looking for that easy way out instead of going the hard way.
This is why, most therapists will always recommend "making yourself busy" or "adding new habits that are beneficial/healthy" because you cannot simply take out "porn" and call it a day, problem solved! you will switch your urges to something else.

When I was around 14 I would watch porn and it never drained me out compared to today. Probably because when we're young we have a lot of energy since our bodies are still growing. Nowadays when I would fap I would feel drained, and it wasn't because I was unfit or anything since I actually do workout and tend to only drink water 100%. But somehow fapping will make me feel like crap. I'm on day 4 and feel like I'm more awake in the mornings and feel just more awake in generals. So since porn is easily accessible -- fapping will also be more of a motive. So yeah, porn is a major problem if anyone watches it. Since I'm speaking from my own experience -- being more awake and sharp ever since I fapped should have it's benefits. You just gotta create them by eating decent, drink water, get your daily sun, and move yourself. Then by all that, you should start feeling better and your motivation and confidence should come from that.

Again, I'm only on day 4 and I've only been feeling more awake and sharp. Pretty sure if I keep on with my good habits -- change should come along the way.

    (Day 4)

Agree, keeping yourself busy is the best way,and only concentrate just for today only, then tomorrow again. Simpliest way to go forward.
