porn - no masturbation

    So ive managed to stop masturbating for some time now and i feel like i can control this urge. But then comes porn. Even tho ive stopped masturbating i still catch myself watching porn without even thinking of it. Its like im bipolar and then when i realize what im doing i stop it.
    Any tips? i dont know if i want to try to change the dns of my computer to a 'safe' dns because i would probably lose many 'adult' sites that dont really have any relation to nudity or porn and then again i would be able to browse it from my phone.

    It’s difficult to get rid of porn without making any sacrifice. If you are determined you will wanna go all in. That include loosing some sites that aren’t inherently wrong but can be a gateway.

    Try to start mindfulness meditation. It might sound cheesy or boring but I guarantee it will blow your mind. Your head is gonna do a 360 and you're going to start understanding your thoughts and behavior. It will help you regain control and not give in into the "zombie mode".
