Hello, I’m new to this. My addiction is regular porn AND my own porn (videos of me having sex with my partners).right now I’m avoiding both.
What’s the take about self porn? Is that consider as bad as regular porn, or is that something I can watch after I finish my reboot?

I never understood why people film themselves having sex. xD I'm assuming you and your partners must be super attractive, that's a given why else would you do it. But then also I feel like if you don't have this creative cinematographic motivation behind it, like you just want to create beautiful sex shots, then why do you do it? Cause you can just have sex again, why watch a video where you've already done it?

And to your question, I don't think it's exactly the same as porn from websites, but it definitely triggers some of the same circuits in your brain. So when you're trying to quit you shouldn't PMO to your own stuff either.

  4. P*rn is P*rn.
There is no reason you should watch that on your screen, even if the videos are yours, that will not make any difference.
Stay away from anything sexual on a screen.

  5. I still have the videos of me and my wife saved....I shud go and delete them, but going into that folder will trigger me for sure. So I'm stuck atm what to do...plus , whether self made or not (not a moral issue) it's still a massive dopamine spike when watching them!

In my opinion, the most correct solution in my opinion would be to simply delete everything related to porn. Regardless of who is in the video, the very fact that you are doing is already wrong. It may be very difficult to do this, but it will definitely help you. Try to steer yourself in a different direction to make the time more useful. At one time, I was also fond of various porn videos, but more often I sat on various web cam porn livestreams like MyPornMotion on which girls for virtual currency did various actions on the camera. But over time, I just realized that porn was just ruining my sanity and I just stopped doing it. Now I feel much better because I was able to find something better and more interesting for myself.
