Yeah i feel this, porn is also my only real option for a sexual release so I've had to come to terms with the fact that if I want to do nofap, not having a sexual outlet is just a reality I'll have to accept and it'll be okay. Its an incredibly tough thing but it does get easier with time not indulging in porn. Every once in a while there might be urges and thats fine and normal, when you just see it as a natural part of you it feels like less of a fight and more of a thing you just sort of coexist with and acknowledge, and let it fade into the background. Don't people in countries like that just bend or break the rules? My impression of even western culture even back into it's conservative roots was people would still have sex or do sexual things outside wedlock. I suppose enforced monogamy really helped though, one man can only take one woman off the sexual marketplace and so society isn't busy playing musical hoes (no offence ladies, it flows better that way).

 

I find it strange that Islamic culture is so restrictive, assuming that women would become targets of sexual exploitation if their heads were uncovered. Where is the restraint that is the norm in other societies? The West has not helped out the situation, considering the Islamic culture something to be looked down on in many cases.
