Positive about NoFap

Hey there,
I'm working hard on NoFap, and I got back lot of energy I used to have, that were gone due to lot of PM.

I re-started gym, and I've noticed lot of female attraction, I hold eye contact with girls for 2, 3 seconds (which means she is interested in me, right?) but I'm kinda afraid to talk to them (I don't know what to talk about, kinda social anxiety???)... and also I've noticed some females look me when I pass (walking on street).

This things don't happen to me since long ago, I'm very happy because I'm seeing results!
