Positive effects of nofap on focus and memory?

    Has anyone noticed improvement in their concentration and memory?

    This is a major problem for me. I have so many good books that I want to read...but I have a little bit of trouble focusing. I often end up having to read the same line over and over again.

    Even when I do manage to focus, I forget the things I read very easily.

    I'm really into self developpement right now...feeding my mind everyday with great information. So having a bad memory isn't very helpful.

    When I was dating or in relationships...I would often forget things that the girls would tell me, which made them think that I didn't care or weren't listening.

    I hope this gets better in time...so if any of you guys noticed improvements please share your stories. Thanks!

    Yes I have definitely noticed an improvement in concentration and memory. I notice many improvements when I'm speaking with people. Words just seem to flow out of my mouth much more eloquently.
    As for memory, I find that has improved as well. I am working on improving my concentration as well, it can only get better.

    Speaking of self improvement I just downloaded the audiobook version of Mastery by Robert Greene. I haven't heard enough to make judgement but it's really exciting.

    I noticed big improvements after a week or 2. With concentration, focus and all round functionality. Reading can get better purely through practice and pushing your level each time. Just not filling our heads full of distracting images is bound to pay off after a while its obvious when you think about it.

    How long had you been addicted and how many days after stopping did you start to see improvement in memory
    Can you tell me how long it will take me to see an improvement in concentration. I was addicted for 4 years and started by high speed internet porn. I fapped about 3 times a week on average
