Hi, yes I know, 2nd post and all - but I was reading through the forum, remembered this thing and thought some other people might benefit from the knowledge. Apologies if this contains too much suggestive material (I don't think it does). So - I've suffered for a long time (read: my entire sexually active life) with PIED and DE. This has made relationships tough and 1NSs unable for me to attempt. This said - I found this 1 temporary cure in my last relationship that can work if you do it on the day you're planning to have sex. It's really quite simple. You need to go swimming, in a swimming pool, for 1+ hours. Breaststroke (somewhat ironically) is best I suspect because of the level of leg movement. I don't know if it's the exercise involved, or the effects of the chlorine which make you more sensitive - or both, - but it works a treat. Repeat daily for better results, and for best results get an extra tingle lube for anything you have planned afterwards. This worked for me throughout that relationship - but ONLY on the days where I went swimming beforehand! I don't know why this happens, but it worked for me, so I thought I'd share it.
