Post reboot brain fog

    I'm at around the 4 month mark in my reboot and I've started having sex again. I think I'm getting brain fog from it. After sex I am tired, weak, and extremely clumsy. I can't concentrate, my memory is terrible and I just feel like sitting and staring into space. Anyone know how long this generally lasts? My reboot went pretty smoothly and my PIED is probably 85% cured but this brain fog is surprising me with it's intensity. If other successful rebooters could share their experiences I would greatly appreciate it.

    I don't know how long will it take for you to feel better but I can say I had the same experience. I had sex(before completing reboot) and afterwards I felt like I've relapsed(to pmo) because the symptoms were exactly the same. I felt heavy, foggy, lethargic... this was a year ago and I havn't had sex since then.

    This experience and experiences of others like you make me think about a life of celibacy. No gf, wife and no sex. I don't think actually karezza can be done, very difficult to control ejaculation especially if you have PE.

    Anyway I've read similar posts. It seems that for hard cases they get much better by abstaining but their symptoms return if they start to have regular sex. But this is more like theory, I'm not sure about it.

    Will sex ever stop giving us a brain fog hangover if we keep abstaining, even past 4 months or are we fucked for life?

    I’ve seen people recover from brain fog on forums. It can take time and varies for each person. I dont know its permanent or not. Ive fell down the porn rabbit hole so much that i am worried whether i will recover from it and the other symptoms. I guess the only way to find out is to go on a long streak like 2 years and see if theres any change. If not, it could mean that we need longer or maybe that symptoms are permanent.

    This topic definitly needs to be talked about more, it seems ejaculations have a real negative effect on our recoveries, I am still suffering heavy pied, but I was able to orgasm twice in the past 6 months of my hard mode from my girlfriend grinding on my dick, bear in my mind I am a pretty hard case, watching since I was 11, 7 years every day, never even considered regular porn just straight to lesbian porn, and both times I've orgasmed from her grinding on my SOFT btw penis, I felt good in the moment, but the next morning I'm a dead man.

    From reading a lot of other posts though, it seems like the sessions of brain fog/symptoms coming back after ejaculation get smaller each time you do it with a normal partner. In the Torah, not to get religious but the things it says are pretty magnificent, it mentions to never masturbate, to never waste your seed, and to never watch unholy things (porn). The only time you should be orgasming is with your wife, so definitely makes sense that's it bad for you. It also mentions the world is ending in 250 years, so who knows what's going on. But anyways, I believe sex is okay, and eventually, the symptoms you have will subside as you go on and avoid porn. Currently in some kind of on and off flatline, pretty amazing. I have no mood to watch porn or indulge in sexual activities, I use to look at a picture of a girl on tiktok in a bikini 1 year ago and get hard as fuck but that no longer does the trick either due to my libido which is shot after the last time I masturbated.

    The only difference now besides the sex is ejaculation, sex energy is like a bank account if you have ejaculated all your life and also PMO'ED then you have little savings.

    To increase your sexual energy and specially your age I would recommend an ejaculation regime like every two weeks or once a month 1 ejaculation allowed.

    Try reducing ejaculation frecuency and see if that improves the brain fog, just do the experiment it might work
