Post up your before vs after PMO stories!

I just thought it would be good inspiration for those of us struggling with ending PMO to hear some short and sweet stories from other than have seen success. I often find myself getting lost in details of success stories and ultimately losing focus instead of using it for motivation and encouragement.

As a hypothetical example:
Before I started NoFap, I was paranoid, depressed, lethargic, cranky, and a social hermit.
After NoFap, I am bubbly, energetic, positive, go-lucky, and ambitious.
