I am asking my question in the category „success stories“ on purpose.

Has anyone of you, who seriously is free from PMO now and even more important free of a trauma induced submission fetish some practical tips how I can connect with my unconcious and how to heal my broken confidence?

Since my last relationship and my ex wive having left me I have developed a serious addiction for self humiliation fetish (over sexchat and cams, anal masturbation witz dildo, also watching porn vids: categories bbc, femdom, etc).


I really would be glad to hear some real practical techniques to heal the inner self.
Because I alreadx know the theorie, I know about Carl Jung, the archetypes, active imagination, I am also in therapy.

But somehow I feel like I don‘t progress that much.

I struggle with the same things. From my experience the best cure is time, after a while these feelings and desires will fade and you will not think of them that much. I believe fetishes like those mentioned develop from self esteem issues, whether that being from bullying or problems in the family while you are young. I believe if you wish to feel like a man again you must do manly activities, such as: weight lifting, fishing, hunting, martial arts, etc. Best of luck to you friend.

yes I am aware of that and I am already doing Karate and weight lifting.

But I think I have to stqy PMO free for a while.

I have never managed that longer than like 4 days in the last few months..

The longest I did it was 4 months; I Can honestly say those fetishes were no longer on my find after that long.

I take it and one of my friends take it as well. One 3month cure per year is recommended when you reach 40 years old like me. But in your case just one to get your testosterone level back to normal should be enough

I have been clean for years and I find the first thing that made a huge difference for me (there are many, helping others is one that came later) was looking for similarities more often than I paid attention to differences.
 
Your real fight is not to beat Femdom porn addiction, your real fight is REBUILDING your masculinity, this will destroy this femdom nonsense.

This addictoin start when we are broken men, when who build us, it goes away
