Practically nobody seems to know the benefits for women? How will it improve ME?

A secret known to almost none, is that confidence doesn't come from looking for it, and especially not from pretending it.
If confidence ever makes its appearance, it does so as a result of removing focus from oneself, and placing it firmly on Reality.
When your brain isn't busy trying to move your body around in what looks like a confident way, the body moves itself around in an actually confident way.

Confidence is the result of trusting yourself to get it right, by putting a stop to trying to get it right.

That isn't going to be very clear, at first, because your brain will try to make sense of it, and fail.
But confidence, or anything else, isn't a make-sense thing.
You don't need to be able to explain it, to make use of it.

Ok I think I kinda get that. And I know that I tend to overthink practically everything
    Thank you for your reply!!

You're not alone. Almost all modern Westerners live in their heads. It's what ends all once-great civilizations.
Once it's confidence departs, a civilization is toast, right down to its individual components.

I'm gonna post this here and also where i have posted asking about the benefits in the women's section, heck on Reddit too! But while I didn't want to copy and paste the post cos it was in a different section I wouldn't do that without permission but yesterday, someone was saying that after NoFap, a woman's body can become MORE sensitive and she might be more likely to orgasm or have better ones. I don't wanna say too much about sex cos i don't wanna trigger anyone but this could definitely be a benefit for women! I know NoFap can have men no sexually, particularly if that man has porn-induced ED, but as well as not REDUCING a woman's sensitivity down there, which apparently too much masturbation can, like I said, but it MIGHT INCREASE it and make sex even better for women. I do not know but in the name of Science, when I am ready, it will be fun to find out!
And, no I don't think that the sexual benefits are the main benefits either. Someone said, maybe even on here, about the self discipline doing NoFap can build, which can be applied to other areas of like. This can DEFINITELY benefit both sexes. I'm sure there are more benefits too, but I am recording them as I hear about them and I find any for myself.

  5. The benefits are the same as for males with slight variations cos of obvious reasons. Erectile dysfunction = not being able to get lubricated, delayed ejaculation = not being able to orgasm and so on. As far as anatomical differences, just use your common sense to translate those things, not a rocket science.

Same goes for other things like acne, migraines, insomnia and all those other things people report due to hormone imbalances. As well as lack of motivation, social anxiety and so on. It's all the same stuff as for men. Women are not as different from men as some people might want to think. At least not when it comes to nofap.

Shugi Shugi, thank you!! This is REALLY encouraging to me!! I DO have a bit of social anxiety - OK more than just a bit but it's not at a high level though it's definitely there - and struggle with motivation too when it comes to my own goals. So this gives me a lot of hope.

OK I don't get the migraines or acne but I often wake up in the night, actually before NoFap, I would masturbate before sleep and wake up needing to pee. Sometimes I STILL wake up and need to pee ha ha cos I drink my water etc. at night, but I think it used to be worse, like waking up one extra time. Needing to pee cos I'd masturbated earlier. Which was annoying cos it was an extra disruption to my sleep.

    Thanks for your reply wow!!
