    now finally going hard on retention in rigid mode, I go back to my past tense when I was around 12 to 14 years old and was naturally happy; I’m getting those insights back. today 47 years old

    Same here, similar age, feel so much better mentally when I've got a streak going. The mad thing is that even in my 40s I still see physical changes from nofap - I've got more body hair, better beard and my voice is deeper
