    I got to 19 days streak when I relapse,then I beat my self up again and today I'm on day 4 ,but this morning I experienced wet dream and after the wet dream any time I went to the bathroom I will see my self having pre cum,please friends I need your help

    Need help in what exactly? I did not understand. You have wet dreams. So what? It is natural for something like that to happen you just have to cope with it as well as the precum. It is your brain telling you to fap because it connected that to fapping. No need to worry, just keep on going and your brain will disconnect from that in time
