    Hello there,

    Let me start of by saying that I am new to this forum so forgive me if I put this question in the wrong place.

    It’s day 7 as we speak and I wanted to challenge myself by watching porn.
    I didn’t edge, masturbate or have an organism but I pre-came just from watching. Did I relapse? I’m wondering since I did not cause it myself so It’s like a wet dream but I did watch the porn that made me pre-cum. What are you guys thoughts on it?

    from what i read rehab includes no porn or anything that stimulates you sexually. so yeah i assume you did

    Yes, of course it's a relapse, You watched porn. That's one point of what you shouldn't have done. No PMO, means no porn, no masturbation, no orgasming. If you consciously do any of these, it's a relapse. Don't give up though as if you start PMO now you are wasting your 10 days effort. Stop watching anything sexual if you want to reboot.
