i am not watching from a week and doing NoFap also at the same time but today i when i was sleeping at night i was having urges and sexual thoughts was coming in my mind and i released precum (transparent water)from penis will it be counted in relapse
 
No, it's supposed to happen when you are aroused naturally. Even your morning wood can have it. I honestly wish I was having it. i'm having the opposite problem of no precum and my penile skin stays very dried out and irritated
