Pre-Cum without arousal/stimulation?

Hey guys,

Lately i've been noticing that my penis has been excreting unusual amounts of pre-cum. The thing is, i'm not doing anything for this to happen. I'm not touching my penis, i'm not looking at anything that would arouse me, and above all i am not fantasising.

For example an hour ago just before i had dinner i was working. Whilst eating dinner i felt a sensation on my penis, like it is excreting something. Having finished my meal i went to check my undies and to my surprise i noticed a few cum shot stains. This has been happening regularly now.

Is this a normal process in a reboot?
