    Hi all,

    New to this but I've recently been suffering from HOCD. I am trying this NoFap and am 20 days in. I know in real life I have no desire to be with a man emotionally or sexually. However I have been watched porn since I started masturbating at the age of 10/11. I know I have always had crushes and fancied girls in real life but have previously experimented with one male. I didn't enjoy this and have since been in a 4yr relationship with my gf. I've always had a thing for displaying and playing with myself on cam to whomever, girl or boys it doesn't bother me but it was always the thought of me being watched. I am hoping this has all been down to porn and will diminish but I simply can't remember /don't know what I liked pre porn.

    Welcome! I'm glad you are here. Congrats on 18 days!

    I don't really have advice on HOCD, but there are a lot of guys here who have experienced it, so if you look around, you will find others to talk to, learn from, and be help to one another.
