Premature Ejaculation and Pain

    I don't know if this thread is on the right place, but I didn't find a better one.

    I stopped PMO for more than 2 months, yesterday I relapsed. First orgasm I can't recall if there was any pain, but I ejaculated very quickly. And it felt horrible, I was trying to hold it, but then when I didn't want it just came out.

    I did it again, it was fast and I felt a horrible pain in the area above my organ and also below it, like in the anus area. It feels like the pain goes along almost all the reproductive system.

    But this pain in the anus area I feel sometimes and I felt it some days during the 2 months of abstinence (also before), but I remember it started when I had finished masturbating, so it's probably due to sexual behavior and not hemorrhoid or something like that, but I'm not a doctor, so...

    I can go days without the pain and then one day it just comes.

    I noticed that when I masturbate I am focused on the orgasm so that's why I programmed my body to ejaculate so fast, I also don't breathe normally, I kind of hold my breath and get anxious. Then when the orgasm comes the pain also comes right after it.

    Does anyone know something about it? If you do, please help. I want to know what I can do and if it's going away after some months. I read about kegel exercises, or something like that.

    I experience the EXACT same thing, and I realized that when I'm focusing on just the orgasm to get there quickly, I'm also clinching my pelvic floor, which are the muscles that induce orgasm. They're basically the muscles in the buttocks area (not the actual buttocks). Those muscles squeeze the prostate during orgasm to release sperm. If you're masturbating too much and clinching those muscles to much, they get weakened and exhausted, which causes the pain. It's just like when you lift weights, you feel the muscle pain. Kegel will only make it worse. You just have to stop masturbating for good and only ejaculate when having sex. That's the best advice I can give.

    I thought no one was going to answer this thread. Thank you so much! I don't have words to thank you enough, you just elucidated me, you took a lot of fear from my back and gave me more motivation to keep on without PMO!

    The pain you felt in a anus was it like sharp pain. Because I also got that pain after abstaining for like 6 months and now everytime I ejuculate I get that pain especially wet dreams.

    Yes it is sharp. I'm almost 90 days without PMO and the pain is getting weaker, it still comes sometimes, very rarely, but it's not even like before. I guess it takes a while to get better if you masturbate multiple times everyday for a long period of time... So, I'm happy! Hope you get better.
