Hello, my quastion for guys who are rebooting in Normal Mode: do you face a premature ejaculation during rebooting process when having sex? I'm facing this lately.
Before NoFap I could last a long time, but now I have PE and only last a couple of minutes. I believe some experience this during the reboot and then it gets better with time. If it is a problem, try some numbing spray during the reboot.
Thanks, Hope it will not totally dies with that spry . maybe because we ejaculate less frequent with nofap.. but does hard mode gives better results? I know that there are debates regarding which is better,hard or normal mode. If hard mode is more beneficial for couples, then I will go for it.
Try the numbing spray 30 minutes before sex. If you do later than that, it can be difficult to get it up haha
Yes, it happened to me when I quit porn. But only just now, it's starting to get better I think. Almost 2.5 months later. If I'm not excited, I ejaculate quickly. And because I'm starving my brain of porn, it's very hard to get excited by normal levels of stimulation so I ejaculate fast. I guess when my dopamine receptors get more sensitivity back it should be ok because I will get more excited by normal sexual interactions.
