PREMATURE EJACULATION NoFap Results/Advice

So I'm starting a 90 day NoFap to help improve my PE, I've been a regular meat beater for the last 16 years and have picked up some very bad habits.Habits which are effecting my ability to maintain relationships.

I keep thinking abstaining for 90 days would make it worst (as in as soon as it touches the sides I'm done) or does the reboot repair the brain to penis connections in some way.

So I was wondering if anyone has had advice or results with NoFap when it comes to PE?
