    To those who are treating their premature ejaculation do you do kegels or squats? There is a raging debate ongoing about which is better. What are your thoughts? Any other techniques you are using to last longer during sex?

    Reverse kegels to treat PE. Standard kegels can make PE worse and are used to strengthen erections.

    Guys, I'm not sure that any substance is needed to treat PE. I think one just needs a hard 90-120 days of no PMO. I'm certainly not there yet, nor am I married so I won't be able to report on it when I get there.

    To me though, in what I've read and experienced thus far, PE is a result of ultra-sensitivity that goes beyond just physical. It's mental and emotional as well. Abstaining from PMO for a long period of time will re-wire your brain and give your body the appropriate levels of sensitivity that it was designed to have. Thus, giving you much more control during intercourse.

    So yesterday I tried Priligy out. On one hand, yes it lasted longer than seconds, a couple of minutes actually. But on rare occasions I am able to last that long without pills as well. Need to try it again to tell you for sure. The side effect for me was that I felt a slight nausea, not too much but I still had the feeling for several hours. And I felt “funny”, a little weird, hard to describe. If it is the same next time I will not eat them again, not worth it.

  9. Thanks for the report! Have you learned of any other ways to combat the problem. Did doing 97 days no PM help? Or did it make it worse. I could imagine it making it temporarily worse before getting better.

    When I was 23 (I am 28 now) I did about 3-4 months of hardmode and totally cured my PIED, but I too developed premature ejaculations...what I found that helped me and I am not sure if this is good advice or not since it eventually made me relapse was: reintroducing masturbation (NO PORN, only my hand, no thoughts)...and edging. The key was I didn't imagine anything, only focused on the feeling. After a week or two of this my premature ejaculation was cured...but again it's risky.

    I am really curious on the reverse kegels..going to look into that and give it a try this time. I can already feel my premature ejaculation problem is coming back again.

    So i did kegels wrong for about 2 years, the thing is this: The kegel you want to use is not that muscle under your dick which elevates him quickly and gives you this tingly feeling under your penis ( this is the wrong one the BC muscle). The one you want to train is the PC Muscle: I still have problems finding and stretching him, but with amazing results.

    The main thing is, it is in my opinion not that importatnt to perfectly train the PC Muscle. Instead try to conciously relax the BC Muscle under your Penis. This may take a day or more but it is worth it.

    What i did wrong was this: I always stretched the BC Muscle which quickly elevates the muscle. I wondered why it made it worse. while getting an erection, masturbating or even while peeing ( because i could stop my urine with holding the BC muscle)). I had to really fight hard to not tightening it up again.

    The PC Muscle you wanna train feels for me like this : Feel your anus and try to push it out like doing a shit or bringing a big fart out. Now do the opposite thing. It feels like something close above your butthole is sliding gently forward. Meanwhile DO NOT stretch the BC Muscle. This is important. Its much more effective in my opinion to relax the BC Muscle and take time to masturbate ( do foreplay for yourself).

    Because i overused my BC Muscle so hard i really had to fight to relax it everytime. It can tighten up while sitting, while sneezing and taking a pee. So dont be to hard on yourself and relax, if it doesnt work the first time, take a deep breath and maybe dont masturbate for two days.

    Just give your BC muscle a break. I know how hard and frustrating it is, if you ejaculate in like 5 minutes. It really hurts and makes you think, when does this misery end.

    Brothers stay strong and relax. If you are good to go, try enjoying masturbation again without porn and keeping the BC Muscle relaxed until you are close to point of no return, then gently relax let your dick relax and enjoy masturbation without orgasm ( an orgasm would tighten up the muscle again so i highly recommend to not ejaculate).
    Gonna do 30 days from now on to retrain my brain and relax my BC muscle, while getting more and more awayre of my PC Muscle.

    Interesting although not everything you said is crystal clear. I assume you're talking about reverse kegels which I understand are difficult to master. Although PE is quite common, unfortunately there's no easy cure for it and surprisingly there's not much information about it online. Nofap and reverse kegels is probably a good start.

    I'm not happy with using the edging technique to try to cure PE. I'm sure that its masturbation and/or edging that causes PE in the first place. Im just going to stick to daily reverse kegels for now.

    Yes, with PC muscle i mean the reverse kegels. Just read the thread i linked. The BC muscle is the thing that causes extreme arousal and quick ejaculation and maybe orgasm.     Another point i found out about me is deathgrip. The harder you grab your little friend the more likely the BC muscle tightens and brings you to an quick end.

    What i would suggest for you is relaxing the BC muscle, i did tighten and train it unconciously for your years The reverse kegels ( PC muscle) are in my opinion not that important, people. Like really, i thought i would train the reverse kegels but they are so difficult to feel that i trained the wrong one! Try relaxing both muscles and see what happen :)

    Firstly, thanks for replying and creating a thread about this subject. I can see that you are trying to help. I did lots of research and still am doing research about how to cure PE as you can see. I am still battling with PE even though I been on nofap for over a 100 days and been doing reverse kegels for about 3-4 months.

    I read your linked thread and the thread that you created but I'm still a little confused. I am desperately trying to combat PE so I just want to make clear what you are trying to say:

    Kegels A: Pull anus in; like when stopping flow of urine; flexes BC muscle
    Kegels B: Also stops urine; trains PC muscle.
    Reverse kegels: Push anus out; like when increasing flow of urine: flexes PC muscle

    We both agree that Kegels A will make PE worse as it tightens the BC muscle which causes ejaculation.
    Are you trying to say that although reverse kegels may help, there is something more important. And that is to do kegels B while keeping BC muscle relaxed?
    Please correct me if I am wrong. If I am right, can you tell me how can I do kegels B and keep BC muscle relaxed exactly?

    First off, forget all this technique stuff and what exactly to do in order to train and find the PC muscle. Im a simple man and i keep it simple.
    What you want to do is to relax always and concious the BC muscle. This is the muscle you feel when you ejaculate, if you got the feeling, you can even lift your dick with this muscle. If you tighten it, it arouses you and feels something like vibrating, pumping. Some people ( like me), even felt it while getting an erection.

    So first off find the BC muscle. You can flex it, you can feel it while getting and erection and the case, where you will always find it is, put your thumb a bit behind your balls push a bit in and feel and try to tighten that muscle. Thats the BC muscle. If you still cant feel it, just masturbate and ejaculate as hard as you can. You will then feel with your thumb a pumping muscle with quickly tightens and flexes for like 5 to 15 seconds.

    If you got the BC muscle, just "relax" it. Feel how it feels if you tighten it and then always actively relax it. Take atleast one full day to observe and actively relax this muscle while walking, peeing, masturbating, sitting, sneezing, all kinds of stuff. You mind will rewire and unconciously relax the BC muscle automatically. Dont even try to find the PC muscle just relax the BC muscle and enjoy masturbating without flexing it. This can take a while. It took me 1 day, can take a few more. The key is really to relax this muscle so i recommend to not ejaculate for atleast, 2 or 3 days. After that, you can edge and learn to hold back the BC muscle more gently.

    The PC muscle is hard to find. I would say like this. Whenever you have the feeling of pulling something "up" or pushing something upwards and your penis is lifting and wipping, then its the wrong one. When you found the PC muscle and have a feeling for it, you dont need your anus anymore to find it.

    I can feel it with both methods. Like pulling anus in and pushing anus out like farting. What i recommend is that you keep your BC muscle relaxed until it does not unconciously elevate or activate anymore. Then proceed and pull your anus gently in. It should feel like something 2 cm above your anus is really gently pushing forward and with further training pushing down on your friend. And thats it! Today, after 3 days of training, i conform that i can even harder push the PC muscle and tighten it while pushing my anus out, like peeing.

    Keep in my mind: In the beginning you dont have to go that hard and find it immediatly. You have to be aware of your BC muscle and relax it because it will probably tighten up while you push your anus in and try to find the PC muscle. Thats why i recommend to first relax the BC muscle.

    Keep in mind that some psychological aspects like stress, anxiety and tighten up the muscle too and relax

    Thank you for your detailed reply. I just want to clarify a few things and ask a few questions.

    • The first thing that I should do is to relax my BC muscle. To always be conscious of my BC muscle and try to keep it relaxed at all times during everyday activities.
    My first question is, when I feel the BC muscle tighten, how do I relax it exactly? Do I need to breathe out and/or push my anus out?
    • As for finding my PC muscle I should only do that once I have mastered keeping my BC muscle relaxed. Otherwise my BC muscle will also tighten when I push anus in (which is exactly what happens to me).
    My second question is, how long should I focus on keeping my BC muscle relaxed before attempting to find my PC muscle? How many days/weeks/months?
    • Then when I am able to keep my BC muscle relaxed, the next step is to find the PC muscle. I should do this by slowly pulling the anus in and I should feel something above the anus pushing forward.
    My third question is should I do this when urinating, to try to stop the flow of urine (without using the BC muscle) to help find the PC muscle?
    • After the PC muscle is trained for some time, it can be flexed without the need of pushing in the anus. It can even be done while pushing out the anus.
    I have a few more questions to ask but I'm going to take it step by step, wait for your reply and focus on relaxing my BC muscle for now.

    I don't recommend masturbating and ejaculating to find the BC muscle as most of us here are on no PM or no PMO. The BC muscle is easy to find and can easily be seen on a diagram. Its the area between the scrotum and anus.

    Also I'm not keen on edging to cure PE but maybe I'm just not ready for it yet, and may consider it in the future if I think that it may help. I just need to concentrate on doing these kegels (PC) the correct way first.

    For what it's worth after my previous 4 month streak a few years ago, reintroducing MO "cured" my premature ejaculation, but that lead me to eventually relapsing to PMO, so I don't recommend it, at least not at 4 months..maybe if I was a year into it I would have had more self control. That's why I am heavily interested in these reverse kegels instead. When I had premature ejaculation (and I can feel it coming back now that I am back on the wagon), I felt my...I assume BC muscles, spasm which lead to me ejaculating...so there definitely seems like there would be something to the idea of "relaxing" said muscles.

    For the first question, when you feel your BC is tightened, try to visualize how you relax all muscles of your lower body, deep breaths help with that, you can try if you feel the PC muscle to gently push a little bit down, but its not that important. It may take a few minutes to completly relax. You do not need to push in or push out your anus. Just try to feel your BC Muscle and relax it, tightening up makes him elevate your penis so you do the opposite and let go.

    Second on: Do a 30 day challenge. The brain needs 30 days to rewire, sometimes it is quicker. But since we programmed our brains to tighten up the BC muscle quickly we need to get some time to move it back. You can speed up the progress, if you go for edging, since its performance enhancing and giving you bigger sexual pleasure, every time you withhold an ejaculation. I know most people have problem with edging, because of erectyle dysfunction and not being able to ecjaculate anymore. But we overtrained this part so we can retrain ourselves to hold on longer. Its difficult to withstand ejaculation on 2nd or 3rd edging, so be aware and if it happens its not that bad. What would be really really bad is binging, ejaculating more than 3 to 5 times a day. This would throw you back into old patterns, tightening up the BC muscle. I recommend every 2nd or 3rd day ejaculating and it just feels good then.

    When you feel comfortable with relaxing you can start training your PC muscle

    For the third question. Thats exactly the way most people find their PC muscle, peeing and then holding the flow of urine. However DO NOT train the muscle in this way. Always train the muscle while standing or sitting but not while withholding your pee. Its good to find your muscle and know where to find it. But this method is not meant to do for training, since you will unconciously train your bladder to not fully empty or train the PC to withhold everytime. But do not worry, doing it 3 or 5 times to find that muscle wont hurt. It is just not meant to become a pattern.

    Sure like, if you dont want to masturbate, edge its totally ok. If somebody really does not know where the BC muscle is, the easiest way to find out is ejaculation. However, stay on your streak and what i remember from my 30 day streak, i did automatically relax the BC muscle by not using it. It takes some time, you can speed up the progress but its totally fine.

    I am totally against P, M, O(by M) and edging so I'm going to stay well away from those.
    Try doing reverse kegels for a few months and see how you get on. Just make sure you don't do kegels the wrong way by tightening the BC muscle.
