    I've been consistently masturbating for a few years but recently have been going on NoFap. Current streak is day 12, but I was wondering if you could cure premature ejaculation by going on NoFap. With porn, I always tried to finish as fast as I could especially with parents being in the house. As a result, I have felt the urge to ejaculate very early. I am worried that when I get into bed, this will also be the case and I was wondering if anyone knew if NoFap can cure it since porn and masturbation was the root cause of it. I would appreciate any tips or personal experiences that you guys might have if you're open to share.

    Porn isn't the reason for premature ejaculation, it's you're hand going sonic mode literally making you cum faster than you're supposed to

    Well that's how it started yes but now even if I go slow I still ejaculate quickly cuz I feel my body's so used to cumming quickly.

    Then you gotta be patient. Don’t nut. And edge. Edging is getting close but stopping. Just don’t go many strokes too far and nut dumbly. U get close. Stop for some time and then sloooowly get close and no nut again. And u don’t nut the whole session. It’s not about busting a nut.
