(Introduction) Hey guys, I'm new at this forum, sorry if my english isn't very precise. I'm 16 year old and I have been fapping since I was 9. I tried to stop my addiction a lot of times and I didn't success, so I decided to join here. After some weeks without porn today I relapsed 4 times. I'm very shy and I didn't have never a girlfriend, a lot of times I felt that I didn't have energy for nothing, completely desmotivated

My objetive is rebooting in this month that comes in an hour, abstaining from nuts, at least from porn. The maximum I have resisted was 25 days in summer, but I think It wasn't enough, I'm going to try again
