  1. Pair non-sexual challenges with nofap

    Keep the length of the days for each non-sexual challenge shorter/lesser than the average time it takes for you to fap.

    E.g. if on average you fap every 3 days (because you got a 27 day streak, but you fapped 3 times on day 28, 3 times on day 29, 3 times on day 30). Then, create a health challenge that is 1-3 days long and reward your self.

    E.g. exercise for 2 days straight. Reward yourself.
    Then maybe read a blog for 1 day. Reward yourself.
    Overall add up you cumulative successes with regards to your nonsexual challenges and build good habits. YOu will find that it beocmes easier to acheive nofap goals.
