    I've been an PMS addict for a long time and I've tried to stop this many times before and this time I found about NoFap and downloaded the app. I am around my day 5 and last night I had a nocturnal emission. Is this bad? It my streak already broken?

    Hey @Nvidia RTX 2080, nah your streaks fine. Wet dreams are unintentional, although you can sort of prevent them by reducing sexual stimulation during the day, whether that be physically touching or seeing or even thinking / fantasizing.
