    Hi i would like to ask if any of you had problems in achieving orgasm in sex during the
    stop of porn and masturbation ? At day 8 yesterday i was having sex with my girlfriend and i could't get an orgasm. I think that is for the stopping of the porn.I got all hard and anything but couldn't ejaculate.

    Hey! Maybe you need a little time to clear you mind from porn. It's about dopamine and if you watched porn for s long time your brain maybe needs some time to "heal" so it could be normal again. Trust me porn can easily fuck up anybodys brain... Keep up the good work tho and maybe until you heal the spothlight should be on your girlfriend, give her some extra attention :p

    I'm going through the same thing mate, even if I'm able to orgasm with my man I end up feeling like crap. I think we just need a longer detox from MO as I guess our brains aren't ready or healed properly yet. Sex has a lot to do with the mind and I think while in recovery it messes it up, so it's best to wait if you have problems I think.

    Yes, it's normal while you are recovering from porn.

    Give it longer time. For me, I start seeing results after 30 days.
    The deeper you are in the addiction, the longer it takes to heal as well.
