Hi everyone ,

Let me begin my story. I am 38 years old and i have been masturbating since I was 14. I would go as often as two to three times per day.

I used to do it to regular porn and started to develop PE in my late twenties. Sex with girls started becoming embarrassing as I would finish extremely fast. I carried on with masturbation and slowly started looking at transsexual porn. I have always been a sporty type of person regular gym goer but I developed pains in my knees which made me discouraged to train. I sweat excessively when I train or even walk.this worries me a lot. I don't have night sweats or anything of the sort just during sex or physical activity.

Man it's all porn induced. Stop PMOing and you will be fine. But it is unfortunate that you visited ts escorts which probably means it will take longer for you to recover because those unpleasant experiences will haunt for a while before they go away.

Does that mean I cannot have sex either? I met a girl I really like and I don't know how to explain the situation of abstaining for 90 days.

You could tell her youre abstaining PMO and still sleep with her, just dont O. Just a word of advice i tried to quit once and the sex because I had it so frequently lead me back to PMO.

If you dont want to tell her about it then you could just sleep with her. But honestly you might want to be upfront about it in a confident way. You could tell her youre trying to improve yourself. Id imagine dating at that age is a bit different. Managed to last 4 days without porn or masturbation. Did have sex with my girlfriend tonight but only used 50 mg sidenafil and the erection was strong. Didn't manage to hold the O even though I tried.. She leaves now for 5 days which I hope to stay PMO.
