I don´t know if you guys have been struggling with social media and relapses. In my case, Facebook has been the author of more than 90% of my relapses. So you have to pay a lot of attention to this and be really carefull. Social media and internet is ful of triggers. Avoid triggers is so important.
    Any experience with this?

It´s not pages.. There are real girls I know or I want to know.. The problem is when urges comes I take a look of her pics and that´s when everything starts.. Actually I don´t follow them on facebook, just friends.. but when I´m bored or with urges I check their profiles and trigger me like Sh%t...

Leave facebook for a while bro and if the pictures aren't provocative you may be using them as an excuse. Just admit you are horny, and think, "I can get through this, I am stronger than this!"

in such cases you may be forced to either unfriend those girls or keep off social media ie facebook completely. Its difficult but it may be necessary.

Yeh, since I realized fb is the reason for my negative moods (disappointed, loneliness, being ignored feeling, time wasting, procrastinating, showing off, shame...)
I didn't hesitate to delete it, and tried to make a new way to contact with my true friends (mail or skype)
I have no problem with social network now.
Believe me, if you just deactivate it, you'll soon active it again. And it seems like a.. relapse, which lead you to another relapse that we all know.

Thanks guys, Actually I need facebook because of my work and contact some people. For me it´s a necessary tool. But I have download an app called AppBlock. This app is amazing because you can personalize when you can enter to the applications you want. Now I have only a few hours a day to work, respond and check facebook, instagram etc. Of course if you enter less time and less times per day, your level of consciousness of not checking stupid things (triggers) increase. (but if you enter whenever you want of course it´s more likely sooner or later to get aroused with something)
So I highly recommend this type of apps for the persons that need social media for work. I´m motivated now and I will keep you updated.
Thanks for the support and advices!
